The Residences of Emerson Overlook is the residential component of Marietta's exclusive mixed-use high-rise condominium, in the heart of Marietta only steps from the historic and lively Marietta Square.

 

Location: 326 Roswell Street SE, Marietta, GA 30060 (at corner of Coryell Street). Find us 1/3-mile east of the historic Marietta Square, across the street from the Marietta National Cemetery, next door to the Cobb County Main/Switzer Public Library, or on Google Maps.

 

Visiting Us: Turn from Roswell Street onto Coryell Street for entry to parking behind the building. Residential visitors may park on the street-level (top, third-floor) deck, and then use the call-box at the door to contact the resident for access. Note that the first-floor reception area belongs to M.I.J.S., and does NOT serve any residential purposes. M.I.J.S. visitors are directed to park on the lowest-level (first-floor) parking level for access to the M.I.J.S. reception area located on that floor.

 

The seven-story Emerson Overlook building was completed in 2008, with four upper floors of premium residential one, two and three-bedroom condo units, and three lower floors of high-quality commercial condo units. The property includes a three-level parking deck and an exercise room; the original roof-top deck is closed pending rebuild.

 

Residential condo sales started in late 2008, were delayed by the economic recession until late 2011, and then steadily sold until sell-out in October 2013.

 

All commercial condo units were occupied in December 2008, becoming the new home-office of the Marietta-based Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele (M.I.J.S.) law firm. M.I.J.S. purchased the space in late 2010, and continues to make it their home-office.
